How Our Real Estate Tutoring Works
No contract, no package you have to buy up front, and no pressure to book hours you do not need. Here is exactly what happens between your first message and the day you register.
- Free consultation, twenty to thirty minutes
- Online across Ontario, or in person on Don Mills Road
- Pay only for the sessions you book
From first message to registered agent
Four steps. Nothing hidden, and nothing that only becomes clear after you have paid.
A free consultation
Twenty to thirty minutes, online or on the phone, and it costs nothing. We ask where you are in the program, what you have already passed, when your course access windows close, and how many hours a week you honestly have.
- What you have passed, and what is next in the sequence
- When your current access window closes
- The hours you actually have, not the hours you wish you had
- A straight answer on whether tutoring would help you at all
Your study plan
You get a written plan built around your own dates. It says which modules carry the most exam weight, which ones you can move through quickly, and roughly how many hours a week it will take to stay on track.
- Mapped to your access windows and your booked exam dates
- Weighted towards what is genuinely examined
- A weekly hour budget you can realistically keep
- Revised whenever your work or family situation changes
Tutoring sessions
One on one, in a small group, or a mix of both. Online from anywhere in Ontario, or in person at our office on Don Mills Road. Condensed notes reach you before each session, practice questions follow it.
- Condensed written notes sent ahead of every session
- Live teaching from a licensed agent, never a recording
- Practice questions afterwards, marked and explained
- Someone to message between sessions when you get stuck
Exam week, then registration
In the days before a sitting we stop teaching material and switch to technique: timed practice, reading questions properly, and holding your nerve through three hours. Once you pass, we help with what comes after.
- Timed practice in the real exam format
- Exam technique, which decides more results than knowledge does
- Help applying for your registration with RECO
- What to ask a brokerage before you sign anything
What a session actually looks like
A session runs ninety minutes and it does not open with a lecture. It opens with the questions you got wrong last time, because that is where your marks are sitting.
From there we work through the material you were sent beforehand, stopping wherever it does not land, and finish on practice questions in the format the exam itself uses. You leave with the next block of notes and a short list of what to do before we meet again.
- Ninety minutes, online or in person
- Starts with what you got wrong, not with what we planned to say
- Finishes on practice questions in the real exam format
- Recorded on request, so you can go back over it later
What we need from you
Tutoring is not something that gets done to you. We would rather say that now than after you have paid.
A few hours a week
Not your evenings and weekends. Three to five hours kept consistently beats one heroic weekend a month, every time.
Honesty about what is not landing
Our fastest students are the ones who say I do not understand this early, rather than nodding along and hoping it resolves itself.
Your exam dates, booked early
Exam seats and simulation sessions fill up. Booking late is the single most common reason a four month plan quietly becomes a ten month one.
How it is priced
We do not publish a price list, because the honest answer depends on how much help you actually need. We would rather quote you properly than sell you a package with your name written on it afterwards.
- You pay for the sessions you book, and nothing else
- No contract, and nothing renews automatically
- Small group sessions cost less per hour than one on one
- Course and exam fees are paid to the official provider, never to us
Start with the free consultation
Tell us which exam is next and how many hours a week you have. You will get a straight answer, and no follow up you did not ask for.
Real Estate License Ontario is a private tutoring institute. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any governing body, regulator or official education provider. You register for the courses and exams directly with the official provider. We prepare you for them.
