The real obstacle

The material is not hard. The volume is.

Almost nobody stalls in the Ontario real estate salesperson course because the concepts are difficult. They stall because of how much of it there is, and how little room the program leaves for a real life happening alongside it.

That is exactly what we fix. We condense each course down to what is genuinely examined, then work through it with you until it holds. Most of our students are working full time while they do it.

What we tutor

Tutoring for every course and exam in the Ontario program

Condensed notes, worked examples and practice questions for each stage, written by instructors who are licensed agents and reviewed every time the curriculum moves.

Course 1: Real Estate Essentials

The foundation the rest of the program is built on. Legislation, agency, ethics and the vocabulary of the trade, cut down to what the two hour exam genuinely asks of you.

Course 2: Residential Transactions

The longest course in the program and the one that stops the most students. Listing, selling and closing residential deals, condensed into notes you can actually finish.

Course 3: Additional Residential

Condominiums, new construction, rural property, multi family and residential leasing. These are the exceptions that quietly cost people the three hour exam.

Course 4: Commercial Transactions

Office, retail, industrial and agricultural property, plus brokering the sale of a business. A different vocabulary from residential, and we teach it as its own subject.

Simulation Session Coaching

Five days residential, four days commercial, each with an exam at the end. We rehearse the tasks and the paperwork before you walk into the room, so nothing is new.

Exam Prep and Practice Questions

Ontario real estate exam questions in the format you will actually sit, with the reasoning behind every answer, so you learn the logic instead of memorising a key.

How it works

Four steps from first enquiry to licensed agent

No lock in, no long contract, and no pressure to buy sessions you do not need.

01

A free consultation

We look at where you are in the program right now, what you have already passed, when your access windows close, and what your week honestly looks like.

02

Your study plan

You get a condensed plan built around your own course windows and exam dates. Not a generic syllabus, and not more reading than the time you actually have.

03

Tutoring sessions

One on one or in a small group, online or in person on Don Mills Road, as often or as rarely as you need. We drill practice questions until the reasoning is automatic.

04

Pass, register, start earning

You clear each exam, register with RECO, choose a brokerage and begin. We stay available through the post registration phase as well.

Why students choose us

Taught by agents who have actually done the work

Every instructor here is a licensed, practising Ontario real estate agent. That matters more than it sounds. When you ask why a clause is worded the way it is, the answer comes from somebody who has argued it on a live deal, not from somebody reading the manual back to you.

We have been teaching this material for years and we revise it on an ongoing basis, so nothing you study with us is a version behind.

Your timeline

What four to six months actually looks like

The province allows up to 24 months for the pre registration phase. Here is how a focused student, working full time, gets it done in a fraction of that.

Real Estate Essentials, then straight into Residential

The first two months set the pace for everything after them. We get Course 1 out of the way quickly, because it is the shortest exam in the program, then move immediately into the course that takes the longest.

The mistake to avoid here

Students routinely wait for a result before starting the next course. That single habit is what turns six months into eighteen.

Residential, additional residential, and your first simulation

This is the heaviest stretch of the program and where most people lose momentum. Two substantial courses, two three hour exams, then a five day simulation session with an exam at the end of it.

Where we add the most

Course 3 is mostly exceptions to Course 2. Taught separately it feels like twice the work. Taught together it is barely more than one course.

Commercial, and the second simulation session

Commercial real estate reads like a foreign language to anyone who has just spent three months in residential. We treat it as its own subject rather than an extension, which is why our students find it far less punishing than they expect.

Getting Started, registration, and your first brokerage

The last course is about launching the career rather than passing another theory paper. We help you finish it quickly and then turn to the part nobody prepares you for, which is choosing where to hang your license.

And after that

Registration is not the end of the coursework. There is a post registration phase to complete within two years, and we tutor that too.

Common questions

What students ask before they start

If your question is not here, ask us directly. We answer honestly, including when the answer is that you do not need us.

How long does it take to get a real estate license in Ontario?

The province gives you a maximum of 24 months to finish the pre registration phase, and plenty of people use every month of it. A focused student who does not stall between courses can realistically be registered in four to six months.

The difference is almost never ability. It is whether you keep moving while you wait for results, and whether you book each exam and simulation session early enough to get a seat when you want one.

No, and we will tell you so if that is the honest answer for you. People pass on their own every year.

Tutoring earns its place when one of these is true for you:

You are allowed to rewrite, but a failed attempt costs you a fee and, more importantly, weeks against a clock that does not pause. A retake also tends to shake the confidence students need for the courses that come after.

This is the single most common reason people come to us, and it is the easiest problem to fix. Most failures trace back to exam technique rather than missing knowledge: misreading what a question is really asking, or running out of time on the long ones.

Yes, and most of our students do. The coursework is delivered online and largely at your own pace, so it fits around a job.

The two parts that need real planning are the simulation sessions, which run five days and four days with mandatory attendance, and the invigilated exams, which have to be booked and scheduled in advance. We plan those around your work calendar from the first session, because seats do fill.

Both. Sessions run online for students anywhere in Ontario, and in person at our office on Don Mills Road in Toronto for anyone who prefers a room and a whiteboard.

Most students end up mixing the two: online for regular weekly work, in person for the intensive push before an exam or a simulation session.

The course and exam fees themselves are set by the education provider and paid directly to them, not to us. They change from time to time, so check their current schedule rather than any figure quoted on a third party website.

Our tutoring is separate and priced by what you actually need, whether that is a single exam sprint or support across the whole program. Tell us where you are and we will quote it plainly, with no obligation.
