About Real Estate License Ontario
We help people earn an Ontario real estate license without giving up their evenings, their weekends and most of a year to do it.
Years in the industry, and one sentence we kept hearing
Real estate has been in high demand in Ontario for as long as we have been teaching it. What has not changed in all that time is the sentence we hear more than any other: I want to get my license, but I do not have the hours to sit and read all of it.
That sentence is the reason this institute exists. The licensing material is not beyond anybody. There is simply a great deal of it, it arrives in courses with hard access windows, and most people attempting it are already working full time, running a household, or both.
So we did the reading, and then we did it again. We condensed each course down to what is genuinely examined, rewrote it in plain language, and built our sessions around students who have a few hours a week rather than a few months free.
Close the gap between wanting the license and finishing it
Real estate is an industry with a low barrier to entry and a surprisingly high barrier to finishing. Our mission is to close that gap. Any student who starts with us should be able to go from their first course to a registered license in four to six months, whatever their pace of life looks like. Everyone is welcome, wherever you are starting from.
Every instructor is a licensed, working agent
Each of our tutors holds an Ontario real estate license and still works in the market. That is not a line on a credentials page. It changes the answer you get when you ask why a clause is worded the way it is, because it comes from somebody who has argued that clause on a live deal.
They are also, quite simply, good teachers. Knowing the trade and being able to explain it are two different skills, and we hire for both.
